Getting a price for our cleaning services is simple! Contact us by phone, email, or through our website. We’ll provide a clear and customized quote tailored to your needs!

What's the next step after I book online?

You will receive a confirmation email that outlines the services you booked and the appointment time. Please review this email to verify all the information is correct.

When will I be charged?

When you book online or via phone, we ask about your preferred method of payment (credit card, cash, check). However, you will not be charged until we have finished your cleaning service. If you sign up for recurring service, you will be automatically billed after each cleaning is complete.

Are your cleaning teams pet-friendly?

Yes, we’re a pet-friendly cleaning service!
We understand that pets are part of the family, and we’re happy to clean up after them too! Our team knows how to love, respect, and care for your furry friends. During our visit, we recommend keeping your pets in a comfortable space, as some may not enjoy the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people. Let us know in advance how you’d like to manage your pet’s comfort and safety during the cleaning process.

What if I’m not satisfied with my service?

We strive to provide a consistent and thorough clean every time by using proven cleaning methods tailored to your needs. During your initial consultation, we’ll create a personalized cleaning plan to accommodate your specific requests. However, we understand that no one is perfect, which is why we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If something isn’t right, simply let us know within 24 hours of your service, and we’ll gladly make it right at no additional cost to you.

Does your company offer same-day services?

Yes, we do! Same-day services are available when our schedule allows. While we can’t always guarantee same-day availability, we encourage you to reach out as early as possible to increase the chances of securing a spot. If you’d like to arrange same-day cleaning, simply give us a call or send a text to our office at 727-615-6655. You can also book directly through our convenient online scheduling tool!

What if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?

You may cancel or reschedule the appointment in your account, or just text us at 727-615-6655. However, because we have reserved time in our busy schedule to accommodate your cleaning, we require a 24-hour notice to cancel your appointment without penalty. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, there is a $50 fee.

Can I provide my team with special instructions?

Yes! We encourage it. Your preferences give us the structure we need to enhance your cleaning experience and ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your home’s level of cleanliness. To be sure that your preferences are recorded in your cleaning plan, we recommend that you call or text us directly, or you can leave your notice at the booking form. Our friendly office staff would be happy to log your needs in your file so you don’t have to reiterate them every time we arrive for service.

Why will my initial clean be more expensive than my other regularly scheduled services?

Over the years, we’ve found that the first cleaning service brings a home up to a specific standard, and we are committed to upholding that standard. That’s why our initial cleaning may take longer and cost a little more than the rest of your services. We need the extra time to properly begin the process of eliminating the mildew, soap scum, dust, and dirt from your home.

Do you provide the cleaning supplies?

Yes, we bring all the cleaning supplies and products required to clean your home.

Do I have to be home during the cleaning?

No. You do not need to be home, although you’re welcome to be! Many of our customers are not present during our cleaning visits and provide us with a key to their home or business and—when necessary—alarm codes. We always keep your keys and access information extremely secure.

Do you move furniture?

Unfortunately, we don’t move large furniture, but we can move chairs, small tables, lamps, trash cans, etc.

What services don’t you offer?

We don’t currently offer cleaning chandeliers, light bulbs, biohazards (mold, blood, vomit, etc…) hoarding, animal waste, high reach areas or exterior windows. Additional we don’t carry out large-scale trash disposal.

How many people will come to clean my house?

The quantity of cleaners depends on the size of your house, the number of cleaning hours required, and the type of cleaning. We provide a minimum of one cleaner and a maximum of a team of four cleaners.
